RunningForm is an AI-assisted running form analysis tool. You upload a short video of yourself running. We extract still frames in your browser, run pose detection on those frames, compute biomechanical estimates, and send the frames and measurements to a third-party AI model that produces a written analysis and drill recommendations.
RunningForm is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, physiotherapist, athletic trainer, or running coach. Biomechanical measurements are estimates derived from 2D video and carry material uncertainty; reference ranges are based on published literature but do not establish individual risk. You assume all responsibility for how you interpret and act on the output.
You must be at least 16 years old to use RunningForm. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the service to analyze video of anyone who has not consented to that analysis.
You retain all rights to video and other content you upload. By using RunningForm you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the analysis (including transmitting frames to our AI provider) and to operate the service. We do not sell your content, do not train AI models on your content, and we delete uploaded frames after 30 days. The derived analysis (text, scores, biomechanics) is retained until you delete the session or your account.
You agree not to (a) upload content depicting anyone other than consenting adults; (b) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, automate, or abuse the service; (d) use the service to make medical claims about yourself or others; (e) resell the output without permission.
Free use is limited to a small number of analyses per day and per month. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse rate limits, violate these terms, or pose a risk to the service or other users. You may close your account at any time from the settings page; closing your account deletes all of your content from our systems.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunningForm and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury or loss of training time resulting from reliance on the output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
